Everything here is one-of-one and pre-owned, so we photograph it thoroughly and describe it honestly — condition, flaws and all. Please read the listing and look at the pictures before you buy.

If it’s not right

If your item arrives not as described or damaged in transit, we’ll make it right. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort out a return and refund.

Change of heart

Because each piece is the only one of its kind, we generally don’t take change-of-mind returns. If something’s off, though, reach out — we’re reasonable and we’d rather you be happy.

How to start a return

Email pickerpunk@gmail.com with your order number and what’s going on. Approved returns ship back to our Arizona address; once it lands we refund your original payment method.

Items marked final sale can’t be returned.
